The breakfast was delicious and savoury, the staff was really helpful, the grounds were clean. Its location was unbeatable and nice to the zoo on the Sunday which is a way out of town.

We were in Edinburgh for 2 days, had excellent stay, the hotel was clean with absolutely perfect location by foot-and near all transport. The atmosphere created was QUIET. The breakfast looked delicious with a good choice of options.

The hotel was clean and the location was peaceful and handy in a newsagent shop in the city. We lived in the double room with nice view, fresh milk on offer, for example. Greatly enjoyed early check-in and late check-out. Plus, we parked nearby.

There were very comfy beds and an electric kettle, central heating and an iron inside the room. Location: the hotel was really close to restaurants, the main streets and station and Leith. I was surprised at nearby Sugar Daddy's Bakery, they had some goodies, drinks.

We think it's a perfect base for staying in Edinburgh. Moreover, we parked at the public parking. Adjacent to the downtown, 15 minutes on foot🙂🙂
